As a year-round destination, Jackson Hole has a wide variety of accommodation options. We recommend staying in Teton Village, as the majority of our weekend events will take place in or near the village. Even though October is a bit of a shoulder season, Jackson is still an extremely popular destination, so we cannot stress enough that you should try to book travel and accommodations EARLY!

Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge are both great options right in Teton Village. Another extremely affordable option with a great location is the Inn at Jackson Hole. PLEASE NOTE that this hotel is currently under construction and the renovation will NOT be finished by October. All of the guest rooms are completely renovated, however, the lobby remains a temporary space, and the new elevators will not yet be in service (most rooms will be on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors). We toured the site and the rooms in early August, and they are a very good option for the price. If you have concerns about noise or inconvenience though, you may wish to look elsewhere!

If you have a larger group or prefer more space, renting a private residence is probably the best option. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals offer a wide variety of homes at varying sizes and price points, while Teton Private Residences offers several larger homes in the village. Some of these require a 3-night minimum. Don’t forget that Airbnb and Vrbo can also have good options!
